Katie Radcliffe

Katie brings 15 years of dedicated experience in the property industry, with a strong focus on Lettings & Property Management. Katie's career includes leading a Property Management Department for a prominent Estate Agency in North Leeds, where she honed her skills in leadership and most recently a role within Learning & Development. Successfully training and empowering Lettings & Property Management professionals nationwide.

At Monroe Lettings & Property Management, Katie is eager to use her expertise in processes and team development to contribute towards the growth and success of the Branch. Beyond her professional endeavours, she enjoys dining out with friends and family, as well as staying active at the gym or enjoying a good walk in Yorkshire and beyond.

Cacharel Atjom

Cacharel is currently in her final year of a Law with Management Degree at Leeds University. She felt drawn to the property sector and previously worked at a larger corporate estate agency. Keen to work for a smaller agency that can give a more personal service she joined Monroe in the new Lettings office.

Cacharel will be based in the new Springwell Gardens, Monroe Office start of Q3 2023. Watching the development being built from the ground up she will be well versed in the ins and outs of the building and along with her fantastic communication and customer service skills she'll be able to give clients and tenants a truly 5 star experience.

When she's not at work you can find Cacharel spending time with her friends & family and going to the gym.

Harvey Douglas BA (Hons)

Passionate about properties and dedicated to exceeding expectations, Harvey brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to the world of real estate. With a bachelor's degree in marketing fuelling his strategic approach and a big heart for helping people find their dream homes.

Building meaningful relationships is at the core of Harvey’s approach ensuring that every interaction is not just professional, but also personable.

Having lived in Italy during his year abroad at university, Harvey brings a global perspective to the local property market, understanding the unique needs of clients from all backgrounds.

Harvey chose to join Monroe Estate Agents as he thrives in an environment that values excellence and professionalism.

In Harvey’s spare time he enjoys going to the gym and cooking, as well as spending time with friends and family.

Inez Tarkenenso

Inez is passionate about the property industry. She has developed a strong background in estate agency, assisting numerous buyers and sellers in navigating the often complex process of moving house. Her expertise ensures that clients experience a seamless and stress-free journey from start to finish.

Inez is known for her warm and friendly approach. She takes the time to understand each client's unique needs and works hard to exceed their expectations, ensuring a smooth transaction every step of the way. In addition to her professional skills, Inez is also a great communicator, always keeping her clients informed and reassured throughout the process. Her commitment and genuine care for her clients have earned her a reputation for reliability and trustworthiness in the industry.

Inez joins Monroe to provide her industry expertise to help Monroe’s vendors and buyers' sales progress through to completion.

Outside of work, Inez enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and spontaneous getaways.

Jordan Yorath BSc (hons) FNAEA

Having studied Estate Management at Northumbria University, Jordan Yorath has a wealth of knowledge and over 20 years of experience in property within various sectors of the property market, specialising in residential sales.

Jordan has Incredibly high standards, expecting a lot of himself and our empowered team. He delivers a very dedicated and personal service to all of our clients. Bespoke marketing is key and Jordan is dedicated to making sure Monroe continues to grow and evolve with our clients and the market.

Specialising in working with high net worth individuals, Jordan has a vision for where value can be added to a property and how to offer clients the best value service in the area.

Jordan has 2 children and loves eating out and going to the gym.

Leanna Corban BSc (hons) MNAEA

Leanna is a business graduate having studied at Leeds Metropolitan University and is a founding partner and MD of Monroe Estate Agents. With over 20 years of experience in the business sector, Leanna’s strength and drive show through her ability to lead, whilst caring about staff wellbeing and driving the business forward. Leanna provides exceptional customer service in a fast-moving innovative environment.
